About these terms
These terms apply to your use of cartdealpath.com and to any order you place with Cart Deal Path, 5800 Hamner Ave, Eastvale, CA 91752, USA. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy and refund and return policy.
Orders and payment
When you place an order we email a confirmation and, within one business day, a secure payment link. A contract is formed when your payment is complete. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if you have already paid we refund you in full.
We do not collect card details on this site. Payments are processed by our payment provider through the secure link.
Prices, promotions and tax
Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax. California sales tax for your delivery address is added to the payment link where it applies. The deal of the day price is valid until midnight Pacific Time on the day shown. Promo code PATH10 gives 10% off eligible items once per order and cannot be used on digital gift cards or the deal of the day.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Standard shipping costs $6.95 and is free when your order is over $60 after discounts. Express shipping costs $16.50. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package.
Digital products
Digital codes are emailed to the address you give at checkout once payment is complete. They are licensed by their publishers and subject to the publisher's terms. Keep codes private, as they can be used by anyone who has them.
Product information and safety
We work to describe products accurately, but colors and packaging can vary. Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions and warnings. Supplements and wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease; ask your doctor before use. Where a product requires a California Proposition 65 warning, the warning is provided with the product or on its page.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site, try to break its security or copy its content for commercial use. All text, images and logos are owned by Cart Deal Path or used with permission. Brand names belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California consumer protection law, including the Consumers Legal Remedies Act and the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
